Project Organizational Structure

The Ministry of Urban Development (MoD) is the Executing Agency (EA), working through the Department Water Supply and Sewerage (DWSS). The Project Management Office (PMO), headed by a Project Director, is responsible for overall project planning, management, implementation, monitoring and reporting for the Project. Two Regional Project Management Offices (RPMOs, one in Itahari, Sunsari, for the eastern region; and other in Nepalgunj, Banke, for the western region manage and supervise the construction of town projects.
